Kevin is such a great dad! The girls just adore him and so do I. It is really nice to share this part of life with someone as wonderful as him. He does so much for these girls and for that I am so thankful and blessed!

After bath
Grandpa Moe 1925-2009
This post is dedicated to a wonderful man who loved his baseball, crosswords, and his family. I loved grandpa very much. I can still see him with his clipboard in his lap on his big chair. He always had a smile or joke for me. He would love to make me laugh. You know, it's funny how you think life will just go on and on. I never thought that I would lose someone so close to me. He was 84 but in my mind he was always in his 60s. I loved spending Christmas with him every year. He was always so patient and waited to open his gifts last. I bet if we didn't encourage him to get them open, he would have had stacks of presents hiding in his room. Maybe he didn't care about things. Maybe he didn't like what anyone bought him...well we sure tried! That man sure lived a long hard life; he was raised through the depression, fought in WWII, and then raised a family by working hard daily. He worked at a place called Armstrong. The place where I thought that all of our family members had to work. My dad did, my Uncle Buzz did, and many others as well. He and my grandma were married for a long time. They cared about each other even though they didn't always appear to on the outside. He was always the quiet one. He never really spoke until the last years of his life. He always let others have the lime light. I wish I would have written down the things that he told me. I miss you terribly, grandpa. I know you are with Buzz and your mom right now. I love you.
